CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Confirmation and Cancellations
DIVE DEN SCUBA Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time to cancel any dive. If, in the opinion of the Skipper, the voyage cannot be continued for any reason, then the Skipper may terminate the dive at any time.
All trips are subject to minimum numbers and may be cancelled or have schedule changes (with or without notice) for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to bad weather condition and technical disruptions. No expense or cost reimbursements are available as a result of a cancelled trip. DIVE DEN SCUBA Pty Ltd will not be responsible for paying costs or expenses you may incur as a result of change of time or cancellation of a trip.
If we, the DIVE DEN SCUBA Pty Ltd staff cancel the dive (for whatever reason), either we can place your booking on hold for another time, you can reschedule the trip at the time of cancellation, or a full refund will be provided.
Times are subject to change. Confirmation of the trip will depend on the sea conditions and weather. We will monitor this closely and if the weather or sea conditions are unsuitable, we will let our customers know as soon as we can. If we have to cancel or rebook you for another date we will let you know the status of the trip as soon as possible.
DIVE DEN SCUBA Pty Ltd is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, baggage or goods without assigning any reason. Therefore, passengers shall comply with the Navigation Act 1912 (as amended 1079) and all regulations, orders or instructions given by the skipper.
CUSTOMER Cancellation and Rebooking’s
- Cancellations by you must be made via email to divedenscuba@gmail.com to be considered as received
- Up to 72h prior to the trip, you are able to cancel and receive a full refund or reschedule free of charge.
- Rescheduling is possible between 72hours and 24hours prior to the trip however, a $25 admin fee applies and is charged to your credit card automatically
- Cancellations within 24hours of the trip mean that there is no refund of any payment (100% penalty) however we will provide you with up to ONE ‘standby booking’ which has an expiry of EIGHT weeks to use.
- A standby booking is only confirmed by 5pm on the day before the dive. No refunds are available if this offer is not taken up by you or if more than EIGHT weeks elapse or there is no availability on the days you wish to dive (no matter what and regardless of circumstances). A $25 admin fee is charged to your credit card automatically to reschedule.
- No refund is available for cancellations by you within 72 hours
- No expense or cost reimbursements are available as a result of a cancelled trip.
